May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and while we believe talking about mental health and wellness is an important conversation to have year round, this month brings the topic to the forefront for many people.

Your journal can be an excellent tool to help you check in with yourself and listen to how you are truly feeling. Whether you want to practice daily gratitude or unpack a situation that is currently still too difficult to talk about out loud, your journal can be a safe space to explore your innermost thoughts.
