Have you ever wondered what the people behind Paperblanks get up to every day? Did you ever look at a Paperblanks design and wonder, “Hmm, how would this look on my desk?” Well, in this new exclusive blog series, we are diving headfirst into uncovering what our staff have on their desks.
This week we spoke with Sandrine, our Social and Digital Content Specialist and the creative mind behind our social presence. Since joining Paperblanks in July 2025, she has already made her mark across our digital platforms, growing engagement and followers in just six months.
Sandrine manages all of our social media accounts, ensuring the content feels consistent while continuing to elevate the Paperblanks brand online. Her role connects our community with the journals, planners, and premium stationery designs they know and love.

Every day looks completely different for Sandrine, which she says is what makes the job so exciting. From coordinating social plans for upcoming collections and special partnerships to writing captions, planning visuals, and bringing new campaign ideas to life, she plays a key role in shaping our digital storytelling. She also checks in daily with our People of Paperblanks community, engaging with comments and sharing images of our stationery out in the wild.
To get through a busy day in the social world, Sandrine relies on her favourite Paperblanks essentials. Her Gaudi, The Manuscript of Reus journal, paired with a pen loop, is where she captures her ideas, meeting notes, and content plans. She keeps track of important dates and research in her journal, while her Jane Austen, Persuasion pencil case holds her Paperblanks pencils and keeps her desk organized.
Since the start of the year, she has been using a Cezanne’s Terracotta Pots and Flowers planner to map out daily goals and stay on top of tasks, helping her easily manage upcoming launches and social campaigns.
A key essential, in Sandrine’s own words, is “the work iPhone, of course. What would a Social Content Specialist be without her phone?” She uses it to manage our accounts and capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos during shoots.
Other daily must-haves include her water bottle, headphones, blue light glasses, some sweets, Labello, and an extra heater at her feet for the recent freezing Dublin days.

Sandrine describes her desk as full of sentimental touches. She keeps a graduation photo with friends who mean a lot to her, along with little notes and gifts from her favourite colleagues. These small details create a soft and comforting atmosphere while she works!
From daily planning to creative social campaigns, we thank Sandrine for giving us a glimpse into her Paperblanks Daily Desk. Stay tuned to see what other members of the team get up to each day.
